Usday helps you remember meaningful dates, discover milestones and create personal photo cards. It works offline, requires no account and currently has no advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
1. About these terms
These terms describe the use and limitations of Usday (“the app”), provided by the developer identified in its App Store listing (“we”, “us” or “our”). Your license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement, do not replace it, and do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law. If they conflict with Apple's standard agreement, that agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
2. What Usday provides
The app provides date counters, selected milestones, local reminders, Home Screen widgets and photo cards. You choose which dates and photos to add, which date is the main focus and which reminders to enable. Usday is a personal memory and celebration tool.
3. Calculations, widgets and reminders
Your start date is Day 1. Calendar months and years use matching dates or the last day of a shorter month; February 29 anniversaries fall on February 28 in non-leap years. Hours and minutes are approximate because the app does not record the time of day of an event. Milestone visibility depends on your chosen types, density, hidden events and pauses.
iOS controls widget refreshes and notification delivery. The displayed widget can lag behind changes, and reminders can be affected by permissions, Focus, device settings or system scheduling. Exact refresh or delivery times are not guaranteed. Do not rely on Usday for time-critical obligations or alarms.
4. Your content and sharing
You retain your rights in the dates, text and photos you add. Only add or share content you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy. Cards and widget previews may include personal names, dates and images; review them before sharing or displaying them.
Sharing takes place through the destination you choose in iOS. Once you export or share a copy, you are responsible for how it is used and managed. Third-party destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Local data and deletion
Usday keeps app content on your device and does not provide its own account, cloud backup or sync service. You are responsible for device backups you choose to keep. We cannot restore your dates or photos from our servers because we do not receive copies.
You can remove dates or imported photos, pause reminders or use Delete all data in Settings. Deletion does not remove copies you previously exported, shared or saved elsewhere, or copies in device backups. Offloading and deleting the app can have different effects on retained data.
6. Price, connection and availability
The current app has no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any download price is shown in the App Store before purchase. If paid features are introduced later, their conditions will be presented before purchase; current use does not authorize future charges.
Core app features work offline. Downloads, updates, website links, support emails and some sharing destinations may need an internet connection. Features and supported devices or iOS versions may change with updates.
7. Privacy

8. Intellectual property and support
The app's code, artwork and original content belong to their respective rights holders. Your permitted use is governed by Apple's standard license and applicable law. We may release updates and fixes, but do not promise indefinite support for every device or iOS version. You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional promises that it will be error-free or meet every purpose. The warranty and liability provisions of Apple's standard license apply. Nothing here excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date. Where required, we will provide notice or request agreement. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued.
