1. About these terms

These terms describe the use and limitations of WorkReveal (“the app”), provided by Mikhail Sterlikov (“we”, “us” or “our”). Your license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it. In a conflict, the standard agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

2. What the app provides

The app organizes job photos and optional client details, helps you line up after photos using an original-photo guide, and creates comparison images, collages and silent videos with optional business branding.

The app is a presentation and organization tool. It does not verify when, where or by whom work was performed, certify workmanship, provide a professional inspection, or prove that a customer received or accepted a result. An export timestamp records an action in the app, not proof of delivery.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in your photos, logo and other content. Using WorkReveal does not transfer ownership of that content to us or give us permission to use it in our marketing. You may use your exports for personal or business purposes, subject to the rights of others.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture, store and share your content, including permission to use customer photos or identifiable personal information where required. Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights, disclose private information unlawfully or misrepresent work.

4. Review before sharing

Check that each before photo is paired with the correct after photo and that the export shows what you intend. Capture-time ordering is only a suggestion. Matching the camera angle remains your responsibility.

Review visible addresses, faces, business details, job names and file names before exporting. The separate client information fields are not added automatically, but personal information can still be visible within a photo or a job name you choose to include.

5. Local storage and image quality

WorkReveal keeps app-owned working copies on your iPhone. Images may be resized and compressed, and output quality depends on source images and export settings. The app’s working copies and exports are not archival originals.

Keep original photos and important exports separately. Deleting the app removes its local library. Device backups depend on your settings; WorkReveal does not provide its own cloud backup, library synchronization or server recovery service. Deleting app content does not remove copies already saved elsewhere or shared with recipients.

6. Price and external services

Any download price is displayed in the App Store before you download the app. The current version has no advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, their price and conditions will be presented before purchase; using the current version does not authorize future charges.

The main photo and export tools work offline. Downloading iCloud photos, sending files, opening links and contacting support may require internet access. Apple and other services you choose have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Privacy

Job photos and details are processed locally rather than uploaded to us. Read our Privacy Policy for details about device permissions, local information, exports, support emails and this website.

8. Updates and support

We may update the app to fix problems, improve features or support newer devices. Features and compatibility may change. We do not promise support for every device or operating-system version indefinitely. You may stop using the app at any time.

9. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional promises that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. The warranty and liability provisions of Apple’s standard license agreement apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove rights granted to you by applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. Updates will appear here with a revised date. Where required, we will give additional notice or request agreement. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued.
