WorkReveal: Before & After
Last updated: September 28, 2026

WorkReveal processes your job photos and details on your iPhone. No account is required. The app does not upload your library to us and has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. You choose when and where to share exports.

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Mikhail Sterlikov, the developer of WorkReveal (“we”, “us” or “our”), handles information when you use the app, visit this website or contact support.

2. Information processed on your device

WorkReveal stores and processes the following locally to provide its features:

Imported photo capture dates may be read on your device to suggest the order of after photos. Motion sensor readings are processed locally for the camera’s horizon guide. We do not receive these readings or your job library.

The app creates resized JPEG working copies and temporary export files. It does not provide its own server storage or cloud synchronization. App data may be included in device backups according to your Apple settings.

3. Permissions and access

WorkReveal has no ads, advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

4. Exports and actions you choose

When you use the system share sheet, selected exports are passed to the destination you choose, such as Files, Photos, a messaging app or a social network. That destination handles the files under its own policies. Copying an export puts it on the system clipboard.

Exports may include your business logo, name and contacts. Show contacts controls the visual business block. The business name may also appear in export file names. If you enable Show job name, the job name can appear in both the image or video and its file name. The separate client information fields are not included automatically.

Photo content itself may reveal faces, addresses or other personal information. Review it before sharing. Rendered JPEG comparisons do not copy source GPS metadata; this does not remove information visible in an image.

If you choose a client quick action, the relevant phone number, email address or destination address is passed to the system app that handles the call, message, email or directions. WorkReveal does not send these details to us.

5. Retention and deletion

Your library remains on your device until you delete items or delete the app. Removing a job or comparison deletes its associated app-owned photos; it does not delete originals in Photos or copies you previously exported. Temporary export files may be removed when you create another export.

Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading may retain it. Device backups, exported files, clipboard contents and copies held by recipients are managed separately. We cannot access or delete your local library remotely.

6. Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as messages, device details and screenshots. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and handle related follow-up. Please do not include customer information or sensitive content that is unnecessary for support.

Support email is handled through Google Gmail. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for support, related follow-up or applicable legal obligations. Where applicable, our basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to requests and maintaining the app. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

7. Apple services and this website

Apple operates the App Store, TestFlight, device backups and other system services under its own policies. Depending on your settings, Apple may provide developers with app statistics, diagnostics or feedback. The system rating prompt is handled by Apple; WorkReveal does not receive the rating you select.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We add no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking cookies or external fonts. GitHub may process technical information such as your IP address when serving these pages. Apple, GitHub and Google may process information in countries other than your own under their respective policies.

Read Apple’s Privacy Policy, the GitHub Privacy Statement and Google’s Privacy Policy.

8. Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete local job information, change export preferences and manage camera permission in iPhone Settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information we hold, or object to that processing. Contact us to exercise those rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date if our practices change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
