TooMany helps you organize and find screenshots. Automatic groups, recognized text and duplicate suggestions may be imperfect. Review important information and every deletion before confirming.
1. About these terms
TooMany (“the app”) is provided by Mikhail Sterlikov (“we”, “us”). Your license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement. In a conflict, the standard agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
2. What the app provides
TooMany provides on-device screenshot organization, text recognition, search, viewing, sharing and tools to review unwanted or similar screenshots. Automatic analysis depends on a compatible device, operating system and the availability of Apple’s on-device models. Features may differ with system version, language, region, permissions and available storage.
3. Your content
You keep your rights in your screenshots and other content. Using TooMany does not transfer ownership to us or give us permission to use it in marketing. You are responsible for having the rights needed to process and share content and for respecting other people’s privacy and intellectual property rights.
4. Accuracy and review
Text recognition, descriptions, grouping, search and duplicate detection are automated aids, not guarantees. Similar screenshots may contain important differences. A missing search result does not mean an image does not exist; it may not yet be processed or accessible. Verify extracted text against the original before relying on it. The app does not provide professional advice or certify the authenticity of screenshots.
5. Deletion and backups
Organizing screenshots inside TooMany does not move their originals in Photos. Deleting screenshots through the app, after iOS confirmation, deletes them from Apple Photos and may sync that deletion through iCloud Photos. Review the exact selection first. Recovery is subject to Apple’s Photos features and limits.
Delete all app data resets TooMany without deleting originals in Photos. Deleting the app removes its local organization and index. Keep important images and backups separately. TooMany is not a backup service and we cannot restore your local library from our servers.
6. Price and services
Any download price is shown in the App Store before purchase. The current app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, their price and conditions will be presented before purchase; these terms do not authorize future charges.
Analysis runs on-device, but Apple model downloads, iCloud photos, online sharing and support may need an internet connection. Third-party services you choose are governed by their own terms.
7. Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for details about local processing, Photos permission, diagnostic logs, sharing and support correspondence.
8. Updates and availability
We may update the app to improve features, address problems or support system changes. Features and compatibility may change. We do not promise that every device or system version will be supported indefinitely. You can stop using the app at any time.
9. Warranties and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional guarantees of uninterrupted operation or perfect results. The warranty and liability provisions of Apple’s standard license apply. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. We will provide additional notice or request agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued.
